We got decks imported using (amazing website) and ran into minimal problems, for example some tokens and cards wouldnt import the art so I had to manually update the card front. In Tabletop Simulator, you can create your own original games, import custom assets, set up complete RPG dungeons, manipulate the physics, create hinges & joints, and of course flip the table when you are losing the game. The cards themselves can be modified with +1 counters on them or given new keywords, or tokens that spawn from those cards can be created.
